1. Preamble

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between S.E.A. Collective International Ltd, hereinafter "the Seller", and any natural or legal person placing an order on diving-style.com, hereinafter "the Customer".

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) inclusive of applicable VAT, excluding shipping costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Ordering

By validating an order, the Customer accepts these Terms in full. The Seller confirms the order by email and reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of prior dispute or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of order. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All transactions are secured via a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times are communicated at checkout and vary by destination. In case of significant delay, the Customer may request order cancellation under applicable consumer law.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Customized jewelry and underwear items are exempt from withdrawal rights.

8. Warranties

All products benefit from the statutory conformity warranty (Consumer Rights Act 2015) and the warranty against hidden defects. In case of non-conformity, the Customer may request replacement, repair, or refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All graphic elements, texts, logos, photographs, and trademarks on the site are the exclusive property of S.E.A. Collective International Ltd. Reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall first be submitted to an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity. Failing amicable settlement, the courts of London shall have jurisdiction.
